Shipping Policy

All UK deliveries are shipped at the flat rate of £3 per order.  Please contact us at: info@tidytackrooms.co.uk if you would like a quotation for international deliveries. 

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible after receiving it. We aim to have the items posted out within 2 working days of receiving you order. Please note this is our aim, not a guarantee. If you need your order dispatched ASAP please contact us via email or FB messenger to let us know, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

All Smaller parcels are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. If you need your items urgently please contact us and we can upgrade you to first class.

Big items go via courier, we dispatch the large items Mon – Thursday. If you order on a Thursday your item will go out on Mondays courier. We can arrange for deliveries to be made on a Saturday at an extra cost – please contact us to arrange this.

Orders received over the weekend are dispatched on the Monday.

Deliveries are not made on UK Bank Holidays and these are not counted as working days.

A signature may be required upon receipt. If you need for item(s) to be shipped to a location other than you billing address (e.g., work), be sure to input the correct delivery location on the checkout screen.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion.

Personalised are processed in the order they are received, we aim to get them out within 2 working days, however during busy periods they can take up to 2 weeks to send out.  If you need the item urgently please contact us and we will do out very best to facilitate your needs.

If you have not received your order please contact us with you order number and we will look in to it for you. We fully acknowledge that it is very frustrating when your order does not arrive, therefore we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the packing and notify us immediately.

We are here to help and we are happy to answer any questions you may have, but please bare in mind that there is a person at the end of the email or phone and we will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour or language.
