Firstly, fill out the inventory sheets detailing all of your rugs, then complete the short questionnaire to establish your needs, these are emailed over to you on purchase, and send it all back to us.
We will sit down and go through all your rugs and create a storage system just for you. We will send you a few different bag combination options for storing all your rugs, in a handy colour coded chart, making it really easy to understand and use.
Once you have chosen the perfect set up for you we will create your bags, and add all the labels and names, we will also fill out the inventory sheets for each bag and provide a ‘master sheet’ for the tack room wall, meaning you no longer have to root about looking for rugs, you can check the master list and go straight tot the correct bag, the sheets inside the bag also have space for your notes should you wish to update them if rugs are out for cleaning or on the lorry etc, the special paper we use for these lists allows you to write on them, and rub it out, so you don’t have to keep reprinting lists.
We will send out your bags to you, and all you have to do is pop the rugs inside. To make it even easier we will send you videos showing you the best ways to fold the rugs and place them in the bags.
