How do I return or exchange my order?

Please contact us on 07587077119 or email customercare@tidytackrooms.co.uk and we can process returns for you.

Please note we do not offer free returns, unless the item is faulty. Any other returns are done so at the customers own cost. Please keep your receipt of postage as you will need to go through the delivery service used for any undelivered returns.

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund (minus postage costs) returns outside of this time period are at dealt with individually.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please see the returns page for full details.

Return postage

We recommend using your National Postage service to return any parcels, as this is usually the cheapest option. We highly recommend you keep hold of the receipt from the post office- this is your proof of postage. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free return postage for our customers. Unless it is due to faulty goods being returned.

Are you looking for sponsored riders or brand ambassadors

Thank you for your interest in Tidy Tack Rooms, unfortunately we are not currently looking to sponsor any riders, or take on any brand ambassadors.

Do you have a shop?

No, but customers are welcome to make an appointment to come down to our offices and warehouse to view any products they are interested in, before purchasing. Please contact us on 07587077119 or email customercare@tidytackrooms.co.uk to make an appointment.

We do also exhibit at various trade shows throughout the year.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the UK is £4.95

Our international shipping is calculated at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

Please let us know immediately if you need to change or cancel your order, there is a very small window to do this so we recommend calling our office on 07587077119 rather than emailing us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your changes. Please double check the items in your bag and details are correct before going to the checkout.
